Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement
These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of procontractorflow.com, related marketing materials, and any software applications operated by Pro Contractor Flow LLC (“PCF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including internal tools that connect to QuickBooks Online or other accounting platforms.
By using our website or software, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company

2. Website and services
Our public website describes business services (including the 14-Day Playbook Build and related offerings) for licensed contractor owners. Website content is for general information. Service engagements are governed by the specific agreement, proposal, or checkout terms you accept when you buy.
3. Internal software license (EULA)
PCF may operate private or internal applications (for example, tools that import expenses into QuickBooks Online for our own company books).
- License: If you are authorized by PCF, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software only for PCF business purposes.
- Not for resale: The software is not sold to the public as a multi-tenant product unless we expressly offer it under a separate commercial license.
- Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, rent, sublicense, or use the software to access another company’s QuickBooks data without proper authorization.
- Intuit / third parties: Use of QuickBooks Online or other third-party APIs is also subject to those providers’ terms and policies.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for credentials you control (email, Intuit, banking). Notify us promptly of unauthorized access related to PCF systems.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our site or software for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to break or overload our systems
- Misrepresent your identity or authority to connect company data
- Upload malware or harmful content
6. Intellectual property
Site design, branding, scripts, templates, and software are owned by PCF or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission, except for materials we deliver to you under a paid engagement for your own shop’s use as described in that engagement.
7. Payments
Deposits and fees may be processed by Stripe or other processors. Refunds, if any, follow the terms stated at purchase or in your written agreement.
8. No professional advice warranty
Website content is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Our 14-Day Playbook Build and ops services install operating systems for your business; results depend on your team’s execution. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PCF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PCF AND ITS OWNERS AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PCF from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or software, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to internal software at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
